Tür/Fensterkontakt magnetisch verbindet sich nicht

Hallo. 

ich habe folgendes Problem und hoffe hier Hilfe zu finden. 
Ich habe von der Home base 1 auf die Home base 2 gewechselt inklusive den magnetischen Tür/fensterkontakten. 
das wechseln auf die Home base 2 und das verbinden des optischen Kontaktes und der heizkörperthermostaten war kein Problem. 
Doch leider klapp es nicht die beiden magnetischen Kontakte zu verbinden, trotz mehrfachen Neustart der base, das entfernen der Batterien, das reseten der Kontakte und dect ist auch auf 0000. es kann doch schlecht sein, dass beide Kontakte defekt sind oder ?

    Derzeit schiebt es wohl nen Bug zu geben dass man DECT -Geräte nicht anlernen kann. Wann der Fehler behoben sein wird ist leider nicht bekannt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
