Wo finde ich das eSim-Profil?

Guten Tag,

ich habe gestern per Telefon um ein neues eSim-Profil für mein Handy gebeten. Es sollte 30 - 45 Minuten später im Kundencenter verfügbar sein.

Ich kann es leider nicht finden. Unter „Meine SIM-Karten“ ist dir eSim aufgeführt, aber nichts deutet auf einen Link oder Button für das neue Profil hin.

Wo also finde ich das neue Profil?
