Wie lange dauert eine Vertragsannahme?

  1. Hallo, 

hat jemand eine Ahnung wie lange die Vertragsannahme dauert?

Ich habe vorgestern einen Handyvertrag mit Smartphone gebucht, im Anschluss kam die Einladung zur Identifizierung… Aber nun tut sich gar nichts mehr.

Ist das normal?
