Wechsel von Magenta Eins Vorteil zu Magenta Eins Unlimited

Liebes Team, 

 

ich hatte vor kurzem meinen Magenta Tarif angepasst (auf MagentaZuhause L mit MagentaTV Entertain), zusätzlich hatte ich einen Wechsel vom Magenta Eins Vorteil zu Magenta Eins Unlimited beim Mobilfunk vorgenommen.

 

Allerdings findet sich in meinem bisherigen Mobilfunkvetrag mit Magenta Eins Vorteil nicht der Unlimited Eins Vorteil und das verfügbare Datenvolumen wird immer noch mit den bisherigen 24 GB angezeigt. Ich bitte um Prüfung und kurze Rückmeldung.

    Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe - das Problem ist, dass jetzt eine weitere SIM-Karte mit einer weiteren Nummer gekommen ist. Ich benötige aber nur meinen bisherigen, einen Mobilfunktarif. Bitte die Rückabwicklung für den neuen Vertrag vornehmen, da nicht gewünscht!

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
