Danke für die Nachfrage. Ja, irgendwie war der Wurm drin. Aber nach 4 Versuchen, einen Rückruf zu erlangen, hat's dann doch geklappt und der Mitarbeiter konnte sofort das Problem lösen. Jetzt funktioniert es wieder. War wohl irgend eine falsche Einstellungen in der serverseitigen Konfiguration.
