Ich bin nicht ein Telekom Kunde aber ein paar Tage früher habe ich ein Montat WLan to go bestellt aber ich habe zu viele Probleme mit der Verbindung weil das Signal gut ist!

 

Mit diese Leistung leidet kann Ich nicht diese Service benutzen und ich will mein Geld zurück.

      Wenn das Signal zu schwach ist bist du einfach zu weit entfernt von dem HotSpot. Was kann da die Telekom dafür?

      Ich dachte man muß Telekom-Kunde sein, um WLAN2Go nutzen zu können.

      You are selling an unusable service due to your software and system setup. As another user mentioned I could have bough the prepaid sim + flat wlan for 10 euros. I have payed 3 times more for just wlan which doesn't work. 

       

      You're losing customers' trust is enough, 30 euros is not important for me (you can keep it) but the extra effort and frustration that it caused!

      I can imagine and I'm sorry. But remember one thing: I'm not an Telekom employee, I'm a customer like you. But I want to explain you the facts. Not more! I'm with you, but at this time you don't have a chance for be refunded. So just keep that in your mind for the future. Stay home and safe!
