Trotz stream on - datenvolumen verbraucht

Hallo Team Telekom,

 

ich habe diesen Monat auch das erste mal Probleme mit StreamOn. Zumindest kann ich YouTube schonmal sicher als „Verursacher“ benennen.

Bitte um Hilfe, da stream On aktiviert ist und schon 80% datenvolumen verbraucht ist

      Vielleicht liegt es schlicht und einfach daran, dass du nur einen Mobil S hast. Da ist kein Stream On VIDEO dabei.

      Darum wird dein Volumen belastet! Erst ab dem neuesten Magenta Mobil M kann Music und Video gebucht werden.

    Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


    We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
