Telefonieren mit eSim funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

ich habe die eSim mit meiner Apple Watch 5 verbunden und trotzdem funktioniert das Telefonieren ohne Handy nicht. Daraufhin habe ich die eSim gelöscht und neu verbunden. Funktioniert aber trotzdem nicht.

Was muss ich tun?
