I tried converting my prepaid sim to esim. On mail and on the website it says successful. But on my mobile I am not able to see the esim option and SIM 1 is not provisional. I tried reactivating using the QR code but to open it I need a code. But for that I am not recieveing any messages also. 

While activating esim it said - there is an issue with esim profile. Once the subject code was 8.1.1 the next time it was 8.2.6

the reason code was 3.8 both times.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
