Hi Telekom team

I would need to switch my eSim with Physical sim. Is there any way that I can order physical sim and switch it in my phone without visiting Telekom shop. On customer portal I found that I can order eSim but I was not been able to find hot to order Physical sim. Also is there a way to order physical sim but to have my eSim disabled only after having my physical sim in phone. I want to avoid time when I will not be able to use my phone.
