can't see eSIM options for the eSIM profile, not receiving verification code

I would like to convert my prepared physical SIM card to eSIM  but there is some problem with Telekom website. When I go to My SIMs - SIM card overview and SIM management and I click on settings, not getting anv Verification Code from Telekom. I have visited Telekom office mutiple times, but none of the Telekom employees is ready to help, it seems they are just sitting there just chilling around. I am quite surprised with poor services from Telekom employees. Please help me resolve my issue relation eSIM options and verification code. NOT GETTING ANY VERIFICATION CODE.

      Telekom is currently having technical problems, which will probably also cause problems for you.
