Sim Karte von Neu Vertrag im Shop abholen?

Hallo Zusammen,

 

meine Frage steht eigentlich oben Grund dafür sind die tollen lieferzeiten von dpd zwischen 9 und 12 Uhr bei uns war an allen drei Tagen während des Zustellungsversuche niemand zuhause ist es Möglich einfach in einen Telekom Shop zu gehen und dort eine Sim Karte abzuholen auf der der neue Vertrag dann läuft? Ein Telekom Mitarbeiter aus der Hotline hatte mir gesagt, dass das nicht geht weil die Kollegen aus dem Shop eine SMS mit einem Code an mich senden müssen auf diese Nummer um meine Identität bestätigen zu können. Bei dem Vertrag handelt es sich um eine Zweitkarte wäre es nicht reintheoretisch auch möglich diesen Code an den Hauptacount zu schicken und sich so auszuweisen?

    Nein. Das ist nicht möglich. 

    Aber du könntest den neu Vertrag auch einfach im Shop abschließen.

    Warum nicht wo besteht da die Schwierigkeit?

    und einen Neuvertrag möchte ich nicht abschließen da ich online 15€ durch Mitarbeiterangebote spare. Und wie komme ich jetzt an meine sim Karte es kann doch nicht sein das ich mir jetzt einen Tag Urlaub nehmen muss um meine sim Karte zu bekommen!

    Es ist einfach nicht vorgesehen.
    Das ist der Grund.

    Die Rabatte sind eben erst möglich, wenn kein Mitarbeiter mehr eingreifen muss.

    Lieferanschrift auf die Firma ändern lassen.
    Ggf kann jemand vom Team auch ein video-Ident nachträglich anstoßen. Dann kommt die Karte ohne Post-Ident verfahren.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
