Sim aus vesehen deaktiviert

ich habe meine physische sim an meine 14er iphone auf ein neues 15er iphone übertragen. Hab ich festgestellt dass das 15:00 Uhr für mich nicht geeignet ist. Ich habe aus Versehen aber die neue eSIM deaktiviert. Ich dachte dass dann die alte physische Simkarte wieder funktioniert. Nun funktioniert keine Simkarte mehr. Was kann ich tun ? Danke !
