Scammed in multiple Telekom contracts _Ranger_Vetrag
7 months ago
Yesterday, a woman claiming to be a Telekom staff member visited my home. She stated that Telekom was replacing the street's internet wiring and required some information and confirmation from me. As an existing O2 customer, I was surprised by this request.
During the visit, I refrained from providing my IBAN. However, she read my IBAN from the O2 contract documents that she requested to "verify." She also asked for my passport number and had me sign her iPad, claiming the IBAN was autofilled. I later discovered that two contracts have been created in my name without my consent.
If any application to switch my services to Telekom (or any other services) has been submitted, please note that it was done without my knowledge or cosent. I am already committed to my O2 contract and have no intention of switching providers.
Unfortunately, the documents I have do not include a clear customer or order number required to cancel the fraudulent contracts. The details I can provide are as follows:
- 1st Order overview: 208264737 : Tariff: Magenta Home XL TV MegaStream
- 2nd order number: 100133583 : Magenta Mobile L
I have already written to Telekom to revoke these contracts but was informed that an order number is necessary to process the cancellation.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this Matter promptly. Please advise on the steps I should take to rectify this situation and ensure that no unauthorized services are activated under my name. Screenshot are attached for reference
Thank you for your support. I look forward to your response.
