Problems with automatic payment with prepaid phone plan (English please)

Greetings,

 

I've tried to use the online chat to solve this problem but I believe a mixture of the language barrier (I don't know German well) and my specific problem led to just more confusion.

 

I previously had a login associated with my prepaid phone plan and successfully setup automatic payment which worked great for months. I then ordered fixed line internet and wanted to merge my logins. I added my prepaid phone plan to my fixed line internet login and then deleted my old (prepaid) login to be able to reuse my email address.

 

Unfortunately, now I cannot setup an automatic payment with my new account as it says an automatic payment is already created. However, I cannot see/manage the automatic payment because it is associated with my old (deleted) login. With my new account, it looks like I don't have any method of payment enabled which makes me worried for next month.

 

Can a Telekom employee please help me?
