Prepaidvertrag auf 9cent Tarif umstellen

Hallo,

ich habe einen Prepaid Vertrag XL und seit gestern einen festen 20GB Handyvertrag (Magenta 1). Nun möchte ich den Prepaidvertrag „still legen“ und diese Handynummer als eSim hinterlegen (ist schon soweit alles eingerichtet). Nun zu meiner Frage: Wie kann ich allerdings den Prepaid Vertrag zur Laufzeit auf den 9cent Tarif umstellen? (Sodass ich bei diesen Vertrag keine monatlichen kosten habe)?. Das kleinste Prepaidvertrag was im Benutzerkonto funktioniert ist der Prepaid 500MB Vertrag. Dieser kostet aber auch 5€ mtl..

 

Wenn das nicht geht, muss ich wirklich die Handynummer (mit dem Prepaidvertrag) zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln??

    Jup. Einen Grundgebühr-Freien Tarif bietet die Telekom selbst nicht mehr an.

    Ja natürlich,  aber nur auch echtes verfügbares Guthaben. Ein bereits gebuchter Tarif für die nächsten 4 Wochen wird nicht rückerstattet.

    Meines Wissens gar nicht.

    Ein Tarifwechsel ist im MagentaMobil Prepaid Basic Tarif nicht vorgesehen. Ergo auch eine Rufnummernmitnahme nicht. (Editiert: Magenta Zuhause geschrieben)

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
