Prepaid Vertragsübernahme auch per Video Ident möglich?

ich möchte die Prepaidkarte, die mein Sohn (16) nutzt, auf ihn umschreiben lassen. Laut Formular zur Prepaid Vertragsübernahme muss er zur Legitimation in einen Telekom Shop gehen. Warum ist hierfür kein Video Ident Verfahren möglich oder geht es doch? Wenn ich eine neue Prepaidkarte kaufe, geht es doch auch per Video Ident.
