Prepaid Top Up Fail

Dear Sir or Madam,
I topped up 30 euros (one-time top up) using the MeinMagenta app, the payment method was VISA, the bank showed a successful debit, but the app internally showed an error (I forget the error code, but it definitely showed an error ) and the balance did not increase.
Could you please help me with this?

The pre-authorization must first go through, only then is it booked as a credit.
Means Visa has to release it first.
Since I don't use prepaid, I have no experience with it.
But I also use a credit card and know this procedure with some providers.
It can last until Monday if this happened on Saturday or today with the charge.
