Prepaid-Tarif: Vorteile für Bestandskunden nachträglich aktivieren?

Guten Tag,

 

seit heute Morgen ist mein MagentaMobil Prepaid L Tarif freigeschaltet. Es hat soweit alles geklappt, auch die Rufnummernmitnahme. Leider werden nur die regulären 15 GB Datenvolumen angezeigt, obwohl ich als mehrjähriger Festnetzkunde eigentlich ein zusätzliches GB (somit 16) bekommen sollte. 

 

Wo jetzt der Fehler bei der Bestellung lag, weiß ich nicht. Kann ich nachträglich sämtliche Vorteile eines Bestandskunden erhalten?

    Danke für deine Antwort. Leider gibt's da ne Fehlermeldung für mich. Ich wäre nicht berechtigt usw.

    Denn es geht nur einmal.

     

    Ebenso muss die Anschrift identisch sein.

    Also es war vor kurzem ein Vorteil für eine andere Mobilnummer für mich aktiv, jedoch wurde die Nummer gelöscht und der Vertrag gekündigt. Vielleicht muss der alte Vorteil im System noch deaktiviert werden? Könnte jemand vom TKom-Team helfen? Meine Kundennummer ist hinterlegt.

    Wie besprochen habe ich alles nun korrekt in die Systeme eingestellt. Eine SMS bekommst du noch dazu.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
