Hallo,

momentan bin ich noch in der alten (2. ?) Generation des Tarifs Magenta Mobil Prepaid M.

Trotz intensiver Suche finde ich keine Möglichkeit, in die aktuelle Generation des Tarifs wechseln zu können, weder in der Mein Magenta App noch im Kundencenter. Es werden mir die Restlaufdaten zur Zeit und zum Datenvolumen angezeigt, aber keine Option zum Tarifwechsel. Was kann ich tun?
