Wechsel von Magenta Mobil M 4. Generation in einen Business Tarif

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe eine Frage bzgl. eines möglichen Wechsels in einen Business Tarif (mein Arbeitgeber bietet den RV für die Mitarbeiter an).

Aktuelle Tarifkonstellation: Magenta Mobil M mit Top Smartphone der 4. Generation und eine Family Card S der 5. Generation (ohne Smartphone), zusätzlich 10 € Magenta 1 Vorteil.

 

Wäre ein Wechsel meines Magenta Mobil M in einen Business Tarif überhaupt möglich, im gleichen Zuge die Family Card S in eine Magenta Mobil S umwandeln um weiterhin vom Magenta 1 Vorteil zu profitieren (mit Wechsel bestimmt nur noch die 5 €)?

    dann melde dich gerne im September bei uns, oder an der Hotline zurück.

    Der Magenta EINS geht auf 5€ und aus der Family Card, wird ein Hauptvertrag. ✔️
    Welcher genau, können wir dann ja schauen. Oder die kommt mit und wird eine Business Card.

    Guten Morgen @subSonicX,

    die Family Card wird automatisch zu einer Hauptkarte, weil sie nicht mehr berechtigt ist, eine Family Card zu sein.
    Alternativ kann aus der Karte anschließend eine BusinessCard (S/M/L) gemacht werden.

    Aber auch das besprechen die Kollegen mit dir.
    Es kann durchaus sein, dass dein MagentaEINS Vorteil durch die Rabattierung des Rahmenvertrages weg fällt.

    Die Family Card, welche dann Hauptkarte werden würde soll dann ja mit dem Festnetzvertrag verknüpft werden. Das kann dann doch problemlos erfolgen, oder? Die Frage war hier nur, ob die aktuell laufenden Aktionen ersatzlos wegfallen. 

    Herausgelöst soll dann ja nur die aktuelle Hauptkarte, welche in einem Business Tarif überführt werden würde.

    Hallo subSonicX,

    vielen lieben Dank für das sehr angenehme Gespräch. Wie telefonisch besprochen ist es so, dass die Promotion die zurzeit für die Family Card gelten entfallen, sobald du in deinen gewünschten privaten Hauptvertrag wechselst. Deine Option MagentaEINS Vorteil kann dann, zu den heutigen Konditionen, mit der Kombination deines Festnetzanschlusses übernommen werden. Sehr gerne bin ich für weitere Fragen für dich da.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
