Hallo. Gestern habe ich auf meine neue prepaid Karte 30 Euro aufgeladen. Der Vertrag Prepaid MagentaM soll 9,95 pro 4 Wochen kosten. Heute beträgt das Guthaben 18,07 Euro. Warum wurde mehr abgebucht als vertraglich vereinbart?
