Guten Abend,

Kind hat eine Pluskarte, der Hauptvertrag (Mobilfunk, irgendwas mit 54€) läuft über ihre Mutter. Den Hauptvertrag hat sie zum 31.12.24 gekündigt.

Kind ist noch bis Ende nächsten Jahres in Kanada, benötigt unbedingt die Tel. Nr. von ihrer jetzigen PlusKarte. (PushTanApp usw.)

Ist es möglich die Pluskarte in besagten 5G PrepaidJahrestarif inkl. Tel.Nr. zu wandeln.
