Opt-in setzen für vorzeitige Rufnummermitnahme zu einem anderen Anbieter

vor 5 Jahren

Guten Abend an alle, ich habe meinen Mobilen Vertrag gekündigt und würde gerne die Opt-in Option gesetzt bekommen, damit ich die Rufnummer schon vor Ablauf mitnehmen kann.

Habe im Kundencenter keine Option gefunden.

      Hallo @SveD,

       

      einfach die 2202 von deinem Handy aus anrufen und das Opt-in setzen lassen. Oder hier warten, bis ein Telekom-hilft-Mitarbeiter deine Nachricht liest und das Opt-in für dich setzt. Das kann allerdings ein wenig dauern. Denn die Telekom-hilft-Mitarbeiter sind gut ausgelastet. Im Kundencenter kannst du das Opt-in nicht setzen.

      Hallo @SveD,

      schade, dass du uns verlassen möchtest. Doch ich respektiere deinen Wunsch. 🙂 Mit der hinterlegten Rückrufnummer finde ich dich leider nicht im System, damit ich die gewünschte Option einstellen kann.
      Liegt vielleicht ein Zahlendreher vor?

      Hallo @Klaudija D. Nein kein Zahlendreher sondern eine "Rückrufnummer" ich habe diese jetzt geändert in die "Vertragsrufnummer".

      Ich dachte die Kundennummer reicht aus.

      Aber kann ich dann später wieder die Rufnummer ändern auf die eigentliche Rückrufnummer ?

      Selbstverständlich kannst du die Nummer wieder ändern, @SveD.

      Opt-In ist gesetzt und der neue Anbieter hat nun einen Monat Zeit, die Portierung zu beantragen. Fröhlich

      Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
