No information on SIM order

Good afternoon everyone

I recently moved to Germany and needed a SIM. I went with Telekom and got myself the MagentaMobil S Young. I decided to order it online expecting it to take a few days to arrive. Its been 10 days since I have verified myself online and I still haven't received anything. I desperately need this SIM and was hoping if I could check up on the progress of the order? I would call but I am still busy learning German and cannot have a competent conversation yet. Any advice or ways to move forward?

      Please fill in your profile details so that the Telekom-Hilft team can contact you:

      a) Click on your avatar at the top right.
      b) Select "My settings".
      c) Enter your customer number and telephone number and under "Further information" enter a time slot for a callback.
      d) For identification purposes, please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready.

      Then please leave a short message here.

      I placed the order for a Prepaid plan and just checked it as well.

      Everything looks fine, it's just going through processing now.

      You can find the automatic top-up option here and the activation here.

      You can cancel it here if you don't get a reply. If you want, you can also try ordering a prepaid plan in one of our stores. :)
