Hallo,

ich habe mich heute für das Jubiläumsangebot Magenta Mobil Prepaid M mit Rufnummerportierung von Freenet angemeldet. Nach erfolgreicher Verifizierung wurde ich irgendwie auf eine tote Seite weitergeleitet. Eine Emailbestätigung habe ich nicht erhalten. Daher habe ich auch keine Auftragsnummer oder Kundennummer. Was ist zu tun?
