Mobile Network not available

Hello,

 

I’m experiencing an issue with my mobile network, and I’d appreciate any assistance or advice. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro with Dual SIM functionality (two eSIMs and one physical SIM). I have three SIMs in total:

  • eSIM for Germany (Deutsche Telekom)
  • eSIM for Portugal
  • Physical SIM for Italy

 

For about a week, I had my German eSIM switched off while I used my Portuguese and Italian SIMs. After I reactivated the German eSIM, my mobile network stopped working. Now, I can only make and receive WLAN calls with my German number, and the regular mobile network is unavailable.

 

I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, and they mentioned they didn’t see any issues on their end. They sent me a new eSIM, but unfortunately, the problem persists.

 

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or know of any troubleshooting steps I can try? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      But this is the number I can not dial - because it is not active. 

      So please add one of you other numbers, where I can reach you best! Fröhlich

      Everything is fine from our side. We have an eSIM profile and the profile is linked to your iPhone. But there are too many SIMs in your iPhone. Your iPhone can only have two SIMs at the same time. Therefore, you must completely remove one of the SIMs (do not deactivate it). Then the settings and labels must be set correctly. Then it will work again with our eSIM. Fröhlich

      I deleted all the eSIMs from my iPhone to reset everything. Can you please send my a new eSIM?

      Okay, please go now into the wifi with your iPhone. 

       

      The go into the settings and configure the mobile data !

      Then everything will be fine! 😎
