MagentaMobil M mit Top-Smartphone 3.Gen

Hallo, ich habe im September 2020 meinen Vertrag mit neuem Smartphone verlängert. Ich habe als neues als neues Smartphone das Samsung Note 20 ultra 5G gewählt und mir wurde telefonisch eine Verlängerung meines Tarifes MagentaMobil M mit Top-Smartphone 3.Gen. empfohlen. Nun wundere ich mich seit einiger Zeit, dass ich nirgends 5G empfangen kann. Ich habe jetzt den Verdacht, dass in meinem Tarif (3. Gen.) gar kein 5G enthalten ist. Und dass, obwohl ich ja ausdrücklich ein 5G Smartpfone gewünscht habe. Ist das richtig und wenn ja, was muss ich tun um 5G zu bekommen.

    Hallo @pkfk2000 

    Nur in der aktuellen Generation ist 5G inklusive.

    In ihren Tarif ist es nicht vorhanden und kann auch nicht nachgebucht werden.

     

    Sie müssen also einen Generationswechsel machen, um an 5G zu kommen.

     

    Aber bedenken Sie auch dabei, das das meiste kein richtiges 5G ist, sondern nur 5Gn1. Was kaum Mehrwert zu LTE hat.

    Echtes 5G haben Sie nur in wenigen Großstädten, wie z.B. in Berlin.

    Wenn man sagte, das es in ihrer Generation 5G geht, dann ja.

    Wenn der Kunde ein Smartphone mit 5G will, bekommt er es auch.

    Selbst O2 hat 5G -Smartphones verkauft, obwohl O2 da noch gar kein 5G hatte. Der Kunde wollte es trotzdem haben.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
