Ich habe im Februar zu meinem Magenta Zuhause XL über den Chat Magenta eins unlimited dazugebucht und dabei explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass ich das mit dem Kombi-Vorteil haben möchte. Abgebucht wird jetzt voller Betrag(80€).

Kann das hier jemand korrigieren oder muß ich die Hotline bemühen?
