Ich habe einen Tarifwechsel auf Magenta Mobil L vorgenommen, woraufhin meine EU Flat Plus entfallen ist. Daraufhin habe ich den Tarifwechsel widerrufen, die EU-Flat Plus aber nicht wieder bekommen. Was muss ich tun?
