LTE internet not working

Hi. From yesterday morning i have problem with internet. It's not usable. Packet loss, high ping, slow connection. Is it only me or there is more from telekom site? Normally i got about 40 ping 150/40mb.

      I think there is no tariff problem. That what you propose is way to expensive for mobile internet, i would have to pay like 300e monthly for 600gb pack, that's crazy.

      Actually i just came back from work and tested internet. It's back. Not sure what happend, but it works. But still, it was not working for all weekend.

      Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback and the status update. Since you’re using a mobile solution, performance drops can happen for various reasons. For example, during high traffic times the overall performance can be lower for you.

      Now that the values are back in the OK range, I’d ask you to monitor this over a longer period and keep an eye on it. That way we can better identify any potential issues with the device.

      Regarding the tariff, there can be issues depending on the device being used. In this specific case, though, I think that’s less likely, since the connection was stable over a longer period of time.

      I’d rather suspect an overload of the serving cell tower here. You could try changing the router’s location as a test. This often helps improve the situation.

       

      @Waage1969 Danke für den Hinweis. Die Smartphone-Tarife sind vorrangig zur mobilen Nutzung in einem Smartphone vorgesehen. Daher gibt es hier ja auch die Unterscheidung zu den Speedbox-Tarifen. Das schließt aber die Nutzung in einem mobilen Router generell nicht aus. 

      Thanks for the note. Smartphone plans are mainly intended for mobile use on a smartphone, which is why they’re differentiated from Speedbox plans. That said, using them in a mobile router isn’t generally excluded.
