Hallo, ich habe eine Prepaid Karte bestellt, jedoch keine Bestätigungsmail erhalten. Woran könnte dies liegen? Kann ich irgendwo meine Bestellung sehen?

vielen Dank für die Bestellung bei uns.
Eine Eingangsbestätigung wird innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Bestellung per E-Mail übermittelt. Wann erfolgte dann die Bestellung?
