Ich habe am 12.11.21 meinen Vertrag Family Card M mit einer Apple Watch 7 verlängert.

Warum ist Stand heute 18.11.21 kein Auftrag im Auftragsstatus unter dem Vertrag zu finden?
Eine Auftragsbestätigung habe ca. 2 Stunden nach der Verlängerung (jedoch ohne Auftragsnummer drauf) per E-Mail bekommen.

In den Vertragsdaten ist die Verlängerung hinterlegt.
