Fehler beim Einrichten der E-Sim der Apple Watch

Hallo zusammen. Ich verwende eine Übersetzer-App. Bitte entschuldigen Sie etwaige Übersetzungsfehler.
Ich nutze das Telekom-Netz über Freenet-Mobilfunk. Ich habe für meine neue Apple Watch eine neue E-Sim als Multisim bestellt.
Ich kann das Setup nicht einmal starten. Der Mobilfunkkonfigurationsbildschirm in der Watch App zeigt diesen Fehler an: "Ihr Telekom.de-Konto ist nicht berechtigt, Mobilfunk auf Ihrer Apple Watch zu aktivieren. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie bei Telekom.de."

Please contact the support team from Freenet again to ask about a manual connection of your SIM Card via the EID of your Watch.
If they can't help you, then you can just let me know, and I will call you again to book a Smart Connect plan for you. More information about this plan can be found here.
