da muss eine neue Karte her, da den Anweisungen auf dem kaputten Handy nun nicht mehr gefolgt werden kann. 😕

Im Prinzip musste ich die „alte“ eSIM im Kundencenter auswählen und dort eine neue bestellen. Als Grund konnte ich Gerätewechsel wählen.
Freundlicherweise war das kostenlos!
