english support number 08003301080 does not respond

Hello the last 3 months I tray to contact with the English support number and always are buse .

I  need to cancel the contract for the TV and is not possible.

Can someone call me on my mobile phone?

      Hello @Elias Mil

      Just tried to reach you on the phone number from your profile.
      I already had a look at your contract and you are able to cancel the "mit TV" option from your contract at the end of your contract term (24 months) which would be the 6th of February 2022. After that date you can change to MagentaZuahuse L without the TV option.
      That means we should speak again in December 2021/January 2022 about the cancellation of the TV option.

      Thanks for the answer, and sorry now I check my profile and the mobile number is my land line.

      Then how can I have the German channels with out stacking on the screen and with sound?

      I thing something happen after the last update that the make the tv box  from alone .

      I' looking forward for your answer.

       

      P.S The English support number exist or not?

      You are using the MediaReceiver 401 right? Which Software-Version is installed right now?
      Does every channel is without sound? Did you change your sound settings? Does it "stuck" completely or for a few seconds when you are changing the channel? Is it with every channel?

      The English-speaking hotline isn't working at the moment, I'll support you instead.

      Alright. How did you connect your Media Receiver to your Router? Via LAN (cable)?
      Can you unplug your sound system ones just to try the sound via your TV?

      tv box is connecting with lancable(rj45) direct in the fritzbox7590  and the sound is from tv  via HDMI cable.

      If you check the video you can see that the picture freeze on the same time i make speed test on the connection and all is ok .

      Thanks, did you try what I sent you in my last message? Did you try the sound from your TV instead of you sound system? Did you already do a complete reset of the Media Receiver ones?

      Hello 

      I never use the sound system as I describe before the tvbox is direct connect with HDMI cable on my tv and the sound is from tv.

      The problem is that the box freeze, and when i change channel from the remote working normal for 1-2 minutes and then freeze again.

      I tray today afternoon the full reset on the tv box and i send you the results.

      Good morning 

      After the full reset that I make yesterday, the problem still exist every approx  one  minute the picture and sound  freeze  if i change  the channel again one minute.

      I make two times full reset I test again the speed of the vdsl and all looks fine expect the tv box.

      That is the next step in order to repair the unit?

       I'm looking forward for your answer.

      After the replace of Media Receiver now all is back to normal.

      P.S the old Media receiver is on the way for return back to telekom
