Is this a secret error message, are you not allowed to post it here?

@muc80337_2   No, it's not a secrete message. I write the post thinking more about the support in english from telekom.

But take a look at my original post, I've edited it.

If you describe what error message you get and what steps you performed we can help you.

And in case we can't help you we will inform the "Telekom Hilft Team" which will call you back and talk to you. They can speak English with no issues Fröhlich

I've just updated the original post with a screenshot of the error. Accordingly, with google translator:
      "Sorry
Unfortunately, there is a problem. This can be due to the following reasons:
Your Telekom login is not part of this contract, or you do not have the necessary rights. You have placed another order for your contract in the last 24 hours. In this case, you cannot currently make any further changes. Please try again in 24 hours.
You are a Telekom business customer: Please get in touch with the person responsible for your Telekom business customer contract in your company and order a MultiSIM as an ESIM access profile for your contract. It is a general technical error, and please try again later. If the error repeatedly occurs over a more extended time, please contact the Telekom hotline on 0800 33 02 202."

I didn't place any other orders for the last eight months. I'm not a business customer. I've tried to call the recommended number, and they don't speak English and give me a number that doesn't work. Maybe I need to change something in my contract to add an apple watch? not sure... I've tried to add the apple watch several time with same message all the time.

I would like to have some inputs on the problem. I believe it could be some authorization for this type of extra service that is missing. But I also would like to acess Telekom support in english...

I have a simple pre paid sim card.

Then you can maybe connect via bluetooth, but not via Telekom.

I don't mind to change it to a multi-sim contract (but the apple watch don't need a second sim card, because it have an e-sim card inside).

While it is correct that there is an eSIM inside, it is also true that you need some kind of contract in order to activate that eSIM. That currently you do not have, as far as I understood. Either two prepaid contracts (one of them transformed to eSIM) or the existing prepaid plus a Smart Connect SIM

      https://www.telekom.de/mobilfunk/tarife/smart-connect

or transform the existing prepaid to a regular 24 month contract with an additional multi-SIM.

It depends on your phone/watch/firmware versions whether you can connect the two while NOT using the expensive 24 month contract with multi-SIM

      Hi @Cb.boga,

maybe we can talk about the options for your apple watch. I tried to call the number in your profile but you didn't response. If you're still interested, I can try it again. Just give me a hint for a time to call.

      Regards
      Peter

      Hello @Cb.boga,

welcome in the Telekom hilft Community.

It's like @muc80337_2 says. Usually you need a contract with multiSIM to connect your phone and watch with full support. An alternative is to use a smart connect contract for the watch or to use the watch without SIM.

      Regards
      Peter
