Guthaben will never be transferred from one carrier to another, sorry. You will have to get in touch with Vodafone to have the balance transferred to your bank account.

Of course, I will happily help you out with that. Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer your remaining credit from your Vodafone Callya Plan to a prepaid plan. The reason for this is that we do not have any access to Vodafone's internal booking systems.

In this case, you would need to contact Vodafone and ask them to transfer your remaining balance to your bank account if possible. You can contact Vodafone here. You can also write your request in English. But I think Vodafone themselves can elaborate on the process better than I can.

I hope you get this resolved with Vodafone as soon as possible. We are happy to have you as a new customer. 😊

I just cancelled my contract with Vodafone which will end next month at the end December.

May I ask if it is possible to transfer my number to Telekom in advance but only start the Prepaid tariff plan on the day my plan at Vodafone ends?

I can also go to a store in-person if it makes this process easier.
