Datengeschenk nicht sichtbar in Magenta App

Hallo, bin vor einer Woche mit dem 5G Prepaid Jahrestarif zu euch gewechselt und dementsprechend möchte ich gerne das Datengeschenk in Anspruch nehmen. In der Mein Magenta App habe ich meinen laufenden Vertrag als Inhaber hinzugefügt. Nach euren Hilfeartikeln bin ich berechtigt (https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/apps-dienste/apps/datengeschenk), aber es taucht ja nicht auf. Also wie aktivieren? Wo es ab Donnerstag die 100GB gibt…

      Guten Morgen @Waseinladen du kannst das Geschenk erst ab Donnerstag freischalten und dann ist es auch erst sichtbar

      Ja klar die 100GB. Aber diesen Monat gibt es ja 500MB. Warum sollte Donnerstag etwas Auftauchen was jetzt nicht wählbar ist?

      Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
