Contract Termination

Hello,

Im a Telekom customer for almost 3 years. 

Almost 3 years ago, I did a contract with prepaid + smartphone. 

After the 2 years of contract expired, I sen a termination request (Kündigung Mobilfunk). 

I did my first request on September 19th, November 21th and more recently in December 5th. 

Why isnt Telekom following the process? How many more times do I have to cancel?

I want to change to a prepaid contract. 

I expect all of this to be concluded until the end of this week, and I expect no phone calls.

      I want to change to a prepaid contract

      I guess that currently you are NOT on a prepaid scheme.

      Such change does not require a termination ibut rather this is a tariff change (if you want to change to Telekom Prepaid) - however this cannot be done onlie iin the "Kundencenter". Also this is not done via new prepaid contract with "Portierung" of your phone number.

      How/where...? I guess that possibly you have sent your termination request via email to an email address that is not used ffor contract termination issues.

      Then you are wrong here in the forum - a phone call is a must, for authentication issues.

      I believe you meant to say that you currently have a postpaid contract?

      If you would like to switch to prepaid, I can simply change it for you - no cancellation is required.

      Please note that a switch can only be done once the minimum contract duration is over.
