Hi, I cancelled my internet contract on May 26, 2024, and was told I would receive a confirmation within 2-3 days, but I haven't received it yet. My online account shows the contract is binding until July 15, 2024. I am moving out of the country in a few days and need to return the equipment before I leave. Can you please advise on the next steps? Thank you.

Nutzen Sie einfach das Online-Kündigungsformular Festnetz bzw. Mobilfunk.
Do I have a special right of termination if I move abroad?
Yes, when moving abroad you have a special right of termination with a statutory notice period of 1 month according to Section 60 TKG (Telecommunications Act).
Simply use the online cancellation form for landline or mobile communications.

As @→Mataimaki← has already correctly written, you have a special right of cancellation for one month if you move abroad. Simply fill in the form linked by @→Mataimaki←, attach the relevant proof of your move abroad and send it off.
