Magenta Cloud lässt sich nicht öffnen

Nach Anklicken der Magenta Cloud in der Befehlsleiste im E-Mail Account, öffnet sich die Magentacloud.
Jedoch nur mit folgendem Fenster (s.u.). Ein Zugang ist so nicht möglich. Bitte um Lösungsvorschläge.
