meine Magenta Cloud App auf dem PC lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen und synchronisiert nicht mehr. Habe Software neuen Download durchgeführt, das Problem bleibt. Auf meine Daten in der Cloud kann ich nur noch über die Magenta Cloud Website zugreifen.

Was kann ich tun, ich bin absolute Laie.
