Magenta cloud iPhone 11 Pro funktioniert, auf iPhone 13 mini nicht

Hallo,
Ich nutze Magenta cloud mit der ios App als Foto backup Lösung. Auf meinem iPhone 11 Pro funktioniert dies auch.
jedoch funktioniert diese identische Aufgabe auf dem Iphone 13 mini meiner Frau nicht. Die Einstellungen sind bei beiden Phone identisch. Automatische Sperre ist für den initialen Upload auf „nie“ eingestellt.
