zusätzliche Telefonnummern und Technikerbesuch

Hallo,

 

wollte online zusätliche Telefonnummern beauftragen.

Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, daß ich eine Mobil Nummer hintelegen soll,

damit ein Techniker seinen Besuch ankündigen kann.

 

Wieso muß ein Techniker zu mir kommen, wenn ich zusätliche Telefonnumern will ?

 

Es müssen ja doch nur in Einträge in Telekom Datenbanken gemacht werden !

    Guten Abend @hendrik.schmieder. Tut mir leid für die späte Rückmeldung. Bedauerlicherweise nutzt nicht jeder Kunde ein Festnetztelefon. Es ist ein Standardprozess, damit man bei möglichen Rückfragen den Kunden erreichen kann. Der Techniker muss in der Regel nicht bei einer zusätzlichen Telefonnummer Beauftragung an den APL oder an die TAE . Bei weiteren Fragen bin ich gerne für dich jederzeit da.     Habe jetzt mal zusätzliche Nummern beauftragt.

    Komischerweise scheint dies 5 Tage zu benötigen, um den Auftrag abzuschließen.

    Heute kam die Meldung, daß alles erledigt sei , aber auf der Dezember Rechnung ist kein entsprechender Eintrag vorhanden.

    Habe Jett die Januar Rechnung erhalten.

     

    Da steht als Eintrag

    Bereitstellung je Leistungs-merkmal am T-ISDN MgAs

     

    Ich dachte, daß die Telekom ISDN (das beste Telefon System aller Zeiten) geschrottet hat und durch

    VOIP (das schlechteste Telefon System aller Zeiten) ersetzt hat.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
