Wo bekomme ich einen Retourenschein für meinen Router her?

Habe meinen Vertrag bei euch gekündigt (Auftragsnummer XXXXXXXXXXX) und soll nun den Router zurücksenden, wie es mir ein Kollege von der Hotline mitteilte. Eine Kündigungsbestätigung und einen Retoureschein habe ich nie erhalten, die Kündigung sei aber bearbeitet und man brauche den Router zurück, einen Retoureschein würde ich laut Auskunft durch die Hotline auf der Telekom Website erhalten, habe ihn dort jedoch nicht gefunden, wo bekomme ich denn nun einen her?

    Hast du zu dem Router keine Papiere bekommen? Oder hast du noch mal in dem Telekom Shop nachgefragt, ob die Daten dort noch hinterlegt sind?


    Alternativ schauen wir uns die Sache mal an, damit das gute Stück auch sicher zu uns zurückfindet.

    Hallo Shari,

    leider funktioniert der Link zum Kontaktformular nicht, Papiere habe ich keine zu dem Router erhalten, lediglich die Auftragsbestätigung. Im Telekom Shop habe ich angerufen, leider ist da nie wer zu erreichen.

    Hallo Chris,

    wenn Du den Router in einem Telekom Shop erhalten hast, dann gehört er Dir und muss nicht zurückgeschickt werden. In den Shops gibt es nur Kaufgeräte.

    Die Seite www.telekom.de/retoure ist nur für Retouren in der Widerrufsfrist. Nicht für Kündigungen. Der Rücklieferschein bei Endgeräteservicepaketen wird per Brief zugestellt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
