If you belive it is easier to restore the internet connection back to the old apartment for the time being. That still works as I will still have internet to work with and all i need to do is plug it back to my old apartment.

Hey @SGhosh,
I found the issue - your contract works with G-Fast technology which requires special hardware. For the new apartment you'll need a "Speedport Smart Glasfaser G.fast"
We'll stick to this plan:
You'll go to a Telekom shop and try to get that device there. I recommend calling the shop first and ask whether the router is in stock. If you can't get the router in a shop tomorrow, just let us know here in the community, so we can order it for you.
