Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.

der Wechsel bezieht sich auf den Annex X Typ der Leitung. Bisher hast du wohl IP über Annex B und bei DSL 16000RAM IP (2) steht sicherlich auch "ohne Splitter" dahinter und das ist dann Annex J
- Annex J verschafft dir mehr Upload, da hier die Telefoniefrequenz für den Upload mitgenutzt wird
-> Das (2) Profil soll laut Hubert bis max. 12000 gehen, ich habe jedoch privat auch solch einen Anschluss und der ist mit fast 14000 synchron, genau wie bei meinem Onkel mit dem gleichen Profil
Du verschlechterst dich also i.d.R. nicht.

Hm, eigenartig. "DSL 16000 RAM IP" (ohne Ziffer in Klammern) - früher "DSL 16000 RAM ohne Splitter (3)" - ist das schnellste Profil mit bis zu 17696 kbit/s brutto (rund 16 Mbit/s netto). Auch wenn der Maximalwert nicht immer erreicht wird, so sollte der Anschluß doch mit mehr als rund 14 Mbit/s brutto (rund 12 Mbit/s netto) synchronisieren.
Zudem wird einem normalerweise kein langsameres Profil angeboten.
Irgendwas stimmt da nicht.
Früher wurden die Ziffern in Klammern allerdings nicht im Kundencenter angezeigt.

Er hat ja aber jetzt 9 Mbit/s am Anschluss....also kein Vollsync.

AFAIK heißt die Annex-B-Variante weiterhin schlicht "DSL 16000" (auch bei einem IP-basierten Anschluß).

Er hat ja aber jetzt 9 Mbit/s am Anschluss....also kein Vollsync.
Ein "DSL 16000 RAM IP" synchronisiert aber i.a. mit mehr als rund 14 Mbit/s brutto (dem Maximalwert von "DSL 16000 RAM IP (2)") - sofern die Leitung nicht gestört ist.
