How can I cancel my Telekom contract.
Hello. I currently have a MagentaZuhause L contract but I am moving out of apartment on 01.08.2025. I am moving in with my husband who already has a vodafone connection which he cannot change. How can I cancel my Telekom contract. I filled the online form and they cancelled my contract starting from 01.08.2026. Which means I have to pay for one year without using this internet. Please guide me on how I can cancel my contract.
You can't, you should use "Umzug"

Where should I say umzug? In the online form I filled I chose family reunification: Kündigung wegen Umzug /Haushaltszusammenführung

@ATahir that is correct. There is a one time fee of 69,95 Euro.

Is there any way to know beforehand if the regular move is possible? Otherwise I will be paying 70 euros more in addition to the 54 euros per months for internet I will not be using for the next one year.

@ATahir the fee will only be charged, if the move really happens. If the move is not possible, or you cancel the move order the fee is void.
