Ich habe nun seit über 1 Woche schon total Blackout, nix geht mehr, kein Internet, kein Telefon. Glasfaserstörung anscheinend im Wohngebiet ausserhalb unseres Hauses. Habe ich nun Anspruch auf Geld zurück bei der Telekom?
